That is how the viewing point La Recoleta, which is situated in the southern part of Sucre, looks like. It is perfectly seen from any point in the town, but to get to it, one must go up the mountain.
At the viewing point La Recoleta the souvenir traders, who do not bother tourists at all, settled themselves on the ground. Anyhow they paid no attention to me.
Nowadays there might be even fewer tourists. The world crisis does not spare anyone.
