Oruro bus station looks rather modern. From here, for a modest payment, one can go to any direction of national geography. To get a detailed help one can address the module «Tourist information» that is located nearby. Representatives of tourist police should be there but I didn't see them. However, when miners suspend the struggle for their rights, Oruro is a calm town and there is no need in additional police.
